I used Flipkart for the first (and probably the last) on Oct 2nd 2021, wow what a mess. i ordered a smart tv ₹29,999, to which i bought an extended warranty(3 years) , on the same day i orderer some bathroom scales. the tv was cancelled by someone ???? i have no idea why and was not given one. Also i noted my 3 year extended warranty was still live, now i dont know if its me but why would you need a warranty without a tv.Almost immeadiatley got some random bills from companies iv not been involved with. I cancelled my card, after contacting my bank. The said bathroom scales were supposed to be here yesterday, but it seems they went from Delhi then returned there?? No customer care. i also have a bill for ₹2900 appr. which i have no idea what its for. I seem to be forever calling them as things seem to be going from bad to worse. im not happy.
