Ridiculous customer service they provide. They will hang up the call after 40 mins of hold time on sit in mute than hang up on customer's face. They will block your account for returning the garbage they send to you for the hard earned money you pay. Your gift cards, wallet amount all will be taken away by them. Don't you think that this will not happen to you because you are very frequent customer of flipkart and all. I am a customer myself for more than 10 years now and if this can happen to me who is a genuine customer then it can happen to anybody of you. Don't ever order expensive item from them. Small amounts also you might loose. There is no guarantee. Cheap flipkart, frauds working, loss standard service and sub-standard quality items sold and expected that you keep every garbage they send you.
