I ordered Hair dryer and I got Hair cruler and so I checked there was only return option no replacement option was there so I Apply for return but next day I got message on mobile that my request has been rejected I talked on customer care and asked the reason they said we have reopen your request now it will be resolved but next day again my requested had been rejected Very bad Experience I will suggest everyone not to buy product on Flipkart even custom care Executive are untrained do not know what are they saying what should be the process.. Really very disappoting
