I have ordered an AC through Flipkart on 11 dec. I paid the full amount for AC but even then the order was not confirmed. And for the last 2 days i am trying to follow it up with the customer service but noone is able to let me know what happened to the transaction. In the call they have confirmed that money is credited but the purchase is not confirmed. This is really not expected from Flipkart and also it really shatters the trust on the online sites like Flipkart.
