Please do not go through the rating in the company website. These are fake. Recently I had a pathetic and frustrating experience, when I bought a microwave. The delivery associate made me fool. He opened the box in front of me and covered the damage in such a way that I couldn’t recognise at the time of delivery. After that I called them many times, they didn’t answer my phone most of the times or scolded me saying why I ordered that microwave. Every time they announced the problem is resolved. Please don’t trust Flipcart.
