I already had bad experience of receiving damaged product of Microphone whish is not resolved yet and aumatically complained tickets closed by Flipkart without resolving it.My wife made a mistake by buying a new mobile worth ₹17000/- from Flipkart and unfortunately mobile started troubling by auto on off itself with 3 days after receiving the mobile.Somewhere Flipkart representatives or Flipkart themselves involved in malpractice of saling defective product.When my wife approached customer care service they told to consult with the relevant service center for repair.Should we file a complaint against Flipkart to Consumer Court since they keep doing monkey business by delivering defective product to customer?
