I have cancelled order of Havells water geyser as within 2 days it was available at lower price. I have received email confirmation regarding the cancellation of the order. But, it was delivered at my home address. Now, they are not ready to take it back. Again, free installation was available for the second order, but, the technician claimed that free installation is not available and it's chargeable.I have contacted customer care multiple times, but, issues remain unresolved for 2 weeks.#Worst customer service #Worst Complaint Resolution
