Open box policy is crap.. I brought so many electronics for years worth lakhs but until I got a chopper n noticed it was not proper n we couldn’t check on the spot as the driver delivered it away from delivery address. This was not taken well by the seller nor did any one from flipkart check . We had no electric socket to even try the item. When returns were open it was closed by flipkart without discussing or investigating. Not worth investing time or money in. Flipkart - Olinda dcunha
