We recently ordered some perishables from flipkart, which was due to reach on 5th may however every day morning we get a message that it will be delivered by 11 pm today and when it is 11pm we ge a message that is will be delivered within the next 24 to 48 hours. This is happening with flipkat too often, even our earlier package was delivered nearly 15 days later luclly it was not a perishable.For sure this is the last time we buy from flipkart.Also when you call the customer care no. which is impossible to reach or get the right no., the executive wants to do a video chat to see if you have gotten parcel or are lying. What utter nonsense and stupidity.Seriously flipkart need to shut it's delivery services Ekart.
