FlexJobs replied here on 11/15/2024 that I would get a response within 3-5 business days from their costumer service department about my feedback left on 11/12/2024 and it has been at least 6 business days since then. I guess they just ignore it after the try to look like they're offering to help and think their reply is good enough as though they fixed the issue, or make it appear that way.
