This was my very first order on Fiverr. I came in with high hopes, ready to offer quality service, and excited to grow on the platform. I completed the job exactly as the buyer requested — transferring collections and updating stock on their Shopify store. Every step was confirmed by the buyer before I proceeded.After delivery, without warning or feedback, the buyer canceled the order and left a 1-star review. I was shocked. I reached out to Fiverr support immediately, hoping they would at least review the case. But I received no help. No reply. No investigation.It’s heartbreaking to be treated this way on my very first project. I followed all the rules, did everything right, and still got penalized.
