I had a seller by the name of Lukman.. I have never seen such unprofessional work and some one with no regard for the order time they have set forfourth. repeatedly this seller would claim that the project was finished and didn't even do anymore work on the project when I asked to the support team to look over just our conversations alone for how the project was going they would just ask me for more proof. The system is set up that if you don't keep housing your seller to complete the tasks it just marked as complete without any background check on the progress or an email to make sure the buyer is satisfied with the work. I had my airtable bases 90% complete and needed a couple of automations to finish it off. one was as simple as an email automation and the seller though it was ok to have the emails being sent to my clients with incomplete information and constant #error written all over the final product that was being sent out. if a seller puts the product as a 2 day completion and it gets to over 10 days. Their should be a level of refund or some level of repercussions. The simple automations were never finished and now the airtable base is a mess. so I will go back to drawing board and redo the project again and look into chatgpt to help finish off the work. although now I've missed my launch deadline. its not just the money I paid to the selling and to the App that was lost. My business also suffers as well.
