Fiverr suspended my account claiming I used a non-original image in my Gig — but gave no proof, no warning, and didn’t follow their own policies.According to Fiverr’s own Terms and Conditions, copyright issues should result in a first warning, and only continued violations could lead to account suspension. But in my case, they disabled my account immediately, without any chance to respond or correct anything. This shows that Fiverr does not apply its own rules equally to all users. If they can disable accounts without warning or proof, freelancers are left vulnerable and powerless.Freelancers: Be aware — your account can be taken down without fairness or explanation, even if you're following the rules. I have contacted Fiverr many times about the suspension of my account, but the response is always the same: “We can’t give you more information, your account remains restricted.”
