Non existent customer service

Jan 4 Order placedJan 12 Order shipped. Incorrect tracking information providedJan 12 - 26 No one will provide me with correct tracking information, despite several phone calls and emails requestingJan 27 Order arrives damaged!!! Damage is reported. Told replacement will be shipped in 4-7 days.Feb 8 Still no tracking information to say replacement item has even shippedEvery time I email this company, "Adrian" replies to say he'll "reach out to production and get you an update" There are no updates. Adrian never seems to anything other than this. Do not recommend!
