Furman Service Company (Josh Furman) operating under license of Furman Electric Company (David Furman) recently built our new construction home. After 17 months, our home is only 91% complete and after realizing both David and Josh Furman left multiple subcontractors, suppliers unpaid for work completed we had certified, licensed professionals (plumber, electrician, contractor) to review incomplete work only to discover that our electrical was not to code! We assumed at least the electric would be complete and to code considering the electrical was completed by David Furman, owner of Furman Electric Co. We would recommend regardless of word of mouth reviews to avoid using either of these contractors or their businesses for any electrical, remodel or new construction home projects.
