EXTORTION! Yahoo does not care about customer loyalty! I have had my yahoo account for decades! I moved from AU to the US and couldn’t get into my account as my contact information had changed and I didn’t have access to my old mobile number and backup email. After verifying ownership, I was asked to pay a premium subscription otherwise the can’t help recover my account! Extortion!
