Dreadful. I signed up for a new account a short while ago and decided to log in today. Firstly, I am told I cannot access the account for an hour (no reason given) and have to retry an hour later. I do so but then it wants to send a text code to my phone. Nothing arrives. I try again and I am locked out for an hour. It's appalling. I've now gone elsewhere (there's plenty of choice) and not had anything like this trouble.
