I had a Facebook account, a scammer broke into my account, I closed it and created another account. two weeks ago, Facebook closed my account, it said I have two accounts without asking me the truth. It is very rude and unprofessional. I reported it to BBB.I week ago, I received an email from Facebook, asking me to "Appeal" my case. I clicked the "Appeal" icon, which came with the email. It linked me to a blank page, I have no way to file an "Appeal". Facebook is not only rude to Facebook members, but it produces a very poor quality of work, which I can't follow.
