They will quite happily allow fraudulent transactions to take place before eventually closing your account and providing no access whatsoever with personal and business accounts all deleted. When they identify fraud, they make no effort to refund any money and instead just close the account until they are relentlessly chased. Their support team is nothing short of abysmal, it will take a miracle to get through to them, they’re woefully under trained and don’t know how to handle events beyond setting up 2FA. They will schedule a call with you, not make the call , and then suggest you open a new ticket up on their support portal.Awful experience
