The item I received raised serious concerns about quality and authenticity, and the return process turned into a long and frustrating journey.It took too long to resolve the issue, and I had to follow up multiple times. The fact that the package was lost after reaching customs—and the delay in refunding my money—shows a lack of control in your logistics. Additionally, I find it unacceptable that you’re attempting to deduct delivery costs from a return that failed due to no fault of mine.I expected more from a global luxury platform and I sincerely hope you improve both your quality control and post-sale processes.
