I left a review earlier and Farfetch replied as if they would resolve the delivery problem. However, it took weeks for their customer service to actually respond, and their reply was just the usual “delivery issues are not on our side.” Maybe that’s true, but it has now been 1.5 months since the expected delivery date, and today Farfetch says the problem is not their responsibility – even though just a week ago they kept assuring me that the item was on its way and everything was fine.By now, I no longer live in the country where I ordered the item to be delivered, and Farfetch is refusing to refund me for an item they ultimately failed to deliver. If I pay money to a store that claims to deliver to my region, then delivery is fully their responsibility. Otherwise, they shouldn’t advertise delivery to that region at all.As it stands, I have paid $500 and it has just disappeared – no item, no refund.
