I have a movie that when it comes to the last 20 minutes, I will lose the sound, and then the movie will completely stop playing. It has been a month and a half, and they still have not resolved the problem! Problem started 2/2/24. FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY HORRIBLE, & BAD! I wrote the following letter to FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU customer service:I would like to be contacted by a representative of FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) located in the United States of America, the reason I am requesting this is that the foreign company that you have contracted with to do customer service for FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) customers is totally incompetent, and the customer service they provide is ridiculously bad! It’s not only a communication problem, It’s obvious they don’t give a damn about providing good customer service, all they do is give you the runaround in resolving problems. You can call numerous times on an issue you’re having with a FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) movie, and they do not resolve it! I do not understand why a customer of FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) cannot speak to a customer service representative located in the United States of America, especially when the present customer service, which is located outside, the USA is so horribly bad! I have a big investment in FANDANGO AT HOME (formerly VUDU) Movies and I would appreciate receiving good customer service when I have a problem. I really cannot believe how horrible and ridiculously bad the present customer service is, that is being provided by your company! THE PARENT COMPANIES THAT OWN “FANDANGO AT HOME” ( FORMERLY VUDU) ARE NBCUNIVERSAL & WARNER BROS. DISCOVERY, and apparently they don’t give a damn about the poor customer service of their subsidiary company! as of March 19, 2024 the problem has still not been resolved! There are numerous complaints on the Internet about the horrendous, atrocious customer service given by “FANDANGO AT HOME” ( formerly VUDU), they have changed the name, but the horrendous atrocious customer service still exist!
