Fandango used to be so great, and convenient. There have been plenty of times where I was not able to make it to the theatre on time, or something came up where I wasn't able to make it all. No worries though, because Fandango always provided a refund or credit. I've been using it for years. Today I find out that you have to request a refund /credit before showtime. No exceptions. First I couldn't find a customer service number to call, and then the chat they offer disconnected me 3 different times. Finally found a number to call and all the operator did was read off a script. She never deviated from it. No exceptions to this new rule. They (or whoever) have no problem keeping money for tickets that weren't used. Irritated and frustrated...farewell Fandango.
