Hi,Recently, my friend experienced an unauthorized withdrawal of 90 dollars from her bank account. The transaction was made to a company called MetaPay without her consent !!!!Despite multiple attempts to contact Facebook support, we received no assistance. I find it alarming and unacceptable that such a transaction could occur without any authorization.I have officially submitted all the necessary documents from the bank and screenshots to both Facebook and MetaPay. However, I am yet to receive a satisfactory response. I specifically asked if this transaction was related to MetaPay and Facebook, but my queries remain unanswered !!!!!It’s frustrating that despite providing all the necessary evidence, I am not receiving any clear answers. My bank has confirmed that the money was indeed transferred to MetaPay company.Why was money withdrawn from the account without any permission? This is a serious concern that needs immediate attention.It’s disappointing that these companies lack basic customer support facilities like online chat or phone support. I believe such companies should be held accountable for their actions.I hope this issue will be addressed promptly and effectively. We need someone to provide a clear explanation for this unauthorized transaction.
