Absolute scam! I turn off auto renew and they turn it back on every year! I have to dispute this with my cc company and their service is terrible. It doesn’t work on streaming and the connection drops all the time. Not worth the cost as usual. You can’t remove your payment details or cancel it before the renewal date. You have to dig through the site to find anything and it’s beyond frustrating to be robbed every year by a company who service has been in a steep decline. A VPN that drops the connection isn’t worth it and it’s too expensive.
