Express VPN worked great, but their customer service was terrible. I went to cancel my VPN because I couldn't afford it anymore. They offered me 30 days free which I accepted, however they charged me for the month anyway. I contacted them on their app and they were reluctant to give me a refund because they said that I couldn't get my 30 day money back guarantee and the 30 days had passed, which was completely unrelated to the problem at all. They made it out as if they were doing this great thing for me by giving me a refund because "I am a valued customer." They then refunded me and didn't give me the 30 days free that I had been offered. Express VPN says they have great customer service, but they behaved like this whole problem was my fault.
