Every time I have used expedia and had an issue, they make you jump through hoops to resolve it. They will tell you to call the Airline/Hotel/car rental company for assistance and in turn, the vendor tells you that you need to call Expedia. I booked a car rental and they changed the pick up and drop off times on me. I needed that simple change and spent hours on the phone only for nothing to get done. I will NEVER use expedia again.
