NEVER booking through expedia agian. Booked a package deal with flights and stay through expedia to get 1 night free off of a hotel. We were told the hotel is fully refundable and the flights could be moved at no extra charge. What they don't tell you is that once you book, your package deal gets broken up into segments so if you ever need to make a change to your dates, you lose your package deal and free night. You also cannot cancel your flights and rebook. Customer service had me on the phone for an hour and fifteen minutes before being transferred to a supervisor that ended up disconnecting the line and not calling back. We are never using expedia again and we will make sure to let everyone we know to book elsewhere. I am not one to leave reviews but i am disgusted by this service.
