Two days before the event I was sent a reminder for the wrong time. It was new years eve and our day was arranged around this misinformation. It was corrected by email an hour and a half before the event by which time we were set to leave home, throwing all our plans into chaos. Some family members could no longer attend at the corrected time. This company shouldn't be trusted with handling events or customers money.
