I've been waiting for a refund for an event which was cancelled by SJB Media Group in Feb 2019. It's now July 2019 and neither SJB Media or Eventbrite have websites or telephone numbers which allow you to speak to a real person. Neither have responded to my countless letters or emails. The website 'help' pages and phone numbers just go round in circles, or cut off. I want my £73 refunded because they cancelled the event - Alexander O'Neal in Oxford. I will NEVER EVER use either of these businesses again, absolute cowboys.
