No refunds Very unhappy I drove 4.5 hours and rented a hotel room. I did not see anything which stated my daughter would not be able to attend Joan Jet. After getting there to FireKeepers Casino Hotel I thought I would be able to go with my daughter since I was her parent. I left a bad review at Firekeepers Casino website because they had horrible customer service. They were right when they said I would never get my money back.
