The event scheduled by Eventbrite was cancelled by their coordinator a couple weeks before the event. The event was to take place on March 13th. I was told by their event coordinator that I was to get a full refund. After contacting Eventbrite over and over and over again, they have yet to acknowledge my inquiry. After trying for the last 5 weeks, I have still never gotten a refund. They do however, continue to ask me how the Eventbrite customer experience was! I have yet to have even one of their staff members help me with this matter.
