WHAT A RIP-OFF

WHAT A RIP-OFF. I too was defrauded by this company like so many other innocent citizens who just want refunds. Unbelievably miserable company that REFUSED TO REFUND me for show/concert tickets I purchased for a May 2020 event in Los Angeles that was obviously cancelled due to Covid-19. I paid for the tickets in February 2020 with my credit card, and I met all the criteria for a refund. I submitted a refund request online, and several weeks later, I received a response from Eventbrite saying my purchase did not meet their refund program guidelines for events cancelled due to the virus. BS, yes it did. How can a company be allowed to do this? This is theft and fraud. If not, then what is it? Crooked business practices. If I could give it no stars I would. They should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT use this company. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.
