Paid $223.70 for two tickets to an event which ended up being cancelled. The organizer is not responding to any messages on the platform and has deleted all of their online presence. Eventbrite is not assisting at all with the customers that got ripped off and refuses to give refunds or any assistance besides saying to go to my bank. Will never use Eventbrite again. Disgusting.
