I tried multiple times for an hour to login and reset my password, both on my computer and my phone and I did not receive a password reset email and missed my event, which was paid for by my organization. Incredibly frustrated because contact links at the bottom of the help page led to the top of the same help center main page, with no contact info so I could email to resolve the matter. I think I am locked out of that account forever, and will have to remember to use my other email? I see no other solution.
