Due to covid, the venue that was hosting the concert I bought tickets for from Eventbrite closed and the concert was canceled. They refused to give me a refund. This company steals your money without even a good reason. With the uncertainty of events due to covid, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NEVER BE REIMBURSED FOR NON EVENTS.
