If I could give eventbrite 0 stars, I would!I purchased 4 tickets for an event (before COVID) and the event got cancelled due to COVID... I’m still waiting for a £224.80 refund. There is no way of speaking to anyone on the phone, you write emails to EB they either don’t get back to you, send an automated robot response which has nothing to do with your issue or they reply with “We reviewed your request and unfortunately are not able to process your refund” ... I’m sorry, WHAT? Can someone get back to me and explain why you are not able to process my refund! Worst company ever! Just look at their reviews!!!
