They are an absolute joke. The only way to contact them is through an online form which they don't reply to. I requested a refund for Friday and Saturday meatopia tickets and they have only refunded the cheaper Friday tickets. I bought ticket insurance from them at an extra cost when buying the tickets so that I could cancel and get a refund but doesn't seem to help. If you can avoid these cowboys.
