HORRIBLE - we have an event coming up and there is absolutely no way to get ahold of anyone either online through email or chat or via a phone number - many of them have been disconnected. We cannot connect our FB page to Eventbrite. Save yourselves and go with another company! With all the one star reviews, they'll be out of business soon. There are competitors out there.
