This company rips people off I purchased tickets for a show and couldn't go so I requested a refund the day after I purchased which the website says u won't receive the 5.00 fee back but ur ticket purchase can be refunded they waited until the day of the show after the show had already happened to send me a denial of refund. I did not use the tickets and wanted my money back as it was at a bar and I couldn't take my child to the bar to see the show .. I will not stop until I get my money refunded
