Terrible customer service. I recently signed up for an event, showed up just to be told it had been cancelled. I contacted eventbrite and they were adamant that they emailed me 3 hours prior to the event. If they had I would not have wasted the time or money to get there. They have refused to refund my money and as they claim they rescheduled the event late next month. Never book with them. Companies like this that do not accept mistakes don’t deserve your money.
