My event was cancelled and they have not issued a refund. After requesting a refund my request has been ‘pending’ for 3 months. It will not let me contact the event organisers again as is still ‘pending’. I can’t believe the only phone number online tells you that they will not answer anyone’s questions. Disgusting!!!! How on earth this site is still running I have no idea. Avoid at all costs!
