Booked "Breakfast with Santa" through Eventbrite. The company doing the entertainment was lightening bolt entertainment... A scam. The event was awful. The buffet cost £40 at best. It was supposed to be continental style buffet that consisted of a loaf of bread, a pack of 10 Morrisons stale croissants. Cheapest jam and margarine. The toaster arrived twenty minutes after the buffet opened. The singing was awful, the music failed to play, elves didn't turn up. No magic show as advertised. No party games for the children. It was disgusting and it left alot of parents angry and upset and highly disappointed and still waiting for the refunds they were promised.
