I Booked an event (day trip) and the organisers provided no details leading up to the trip on where to meet and when to meet. Absolutely zero comms. Wanting to go on the trip we called the 2x numbers on their website - no answer & sent them emails too. No response. We’ve set up disputes for this but eventbrite say the trip happened and we didn’t try to sort it out with the vendor. I would love to know what more we could have done to extract the needed information to go on this trip….
