Bought 3 tickets from Eventbrite ,through Adventure Cinema ,for Mathilda The Musical at Castle Howard.Payment taken 05/06/2023No confirmation email No tickets issued No refund .Eventbrite not available by phone. Tried several times but only got answer phone giving several options none of which was access to a person. Adventure Cinema refused to deal with issue.Have now raised dispute through HSBC for Eventbrite taking payment and not providing goods. Had to buy an additional 3 tickets for performance 12/08/2023
