I bought the ticket 3 days before the event, then turned up at the venue on the night it was due to be held, & no one was there!. They had cancelled it & failed to notify me. So that was a waste of a £20 taxi ride to say the least of it. Terrible company with zero communication skills, & they are also failing to respond to my complaint sent. What's the betting I do not get the refund I requested in view of what turned out to be an invalid ticket.
