I don’t know what’s happened to Eventbrite recently, but I’ve booked and paid for several events that haven’t happened. When I’ve clicked on zoom links to join events, I’ve received error messages saying the links are invalid. I’ve tried contacting Eventbrite for support, but never received a response. I’ve directly emailed the organisers multiple times, and again, haven’t received a response. I wouldn’t mind if these events were free, but when I’m paying £30 a pop and I never hear back from anyone, this feels like a massive con.
