Extremely poor customer care. Got in a loop with an ai bot wjen I asked why emails which were being sent with no problems before were all of a sudden being 'held for review' for nearly a month!Bot went round in circles trying to direct me to a form to fill out to speak to an actual person and report the problem?? Shoddy beyond belief!So I still can't email ticket holders and due to the lack of actual people, this is likely to not be resolved either!
