This entire system by eventbrite is flawed and deeply questionable. I attained two eTickets for two different job fairs hosted online by Indianapolis groups, TechnologyX and JobFairX. I ensured that my tickets were properly registered and RSVP'd for in advance. I received two confirmation emails letting me know I would be attending both events on two separate days. However, I never received any follow up links or any other correspondence from the event organizers on how to attend. I even thoroughly double-checked my emails, and there was nothing! When my reminder kicked in, I simply logged on, went to the page, but had no way of getting into the event! My status said, "You are attending this event" even though I clearly was not in it. I reached out to both Event Organizers a total of 4 times, and not one response was given. People who are avid job seekers and struggling during their transitions don't deserve this treatment, and it doesn't make any sense whatsoever how I was not able to get into the event. Again, no response or communication of any kind and a complete waste of my time and preparations! Where are the actual, REAL job fairs for Indy???
