It's a very faulty event service. I payed for a ticket and was not able to see it. I have the email saying: to see the ticket dl the app. I did dl it and the app doesn't even work! I looked on both my phone and computer. I managed to log in to eventbrite on my computer but lo and behold the event was there but not the ticket. I had to turn up to my event with no ticket. There is NO customer service available, only a FAQ website
